highskore entry insanity

Had a little madness when tryign to enter name in highscore on android, my thumbstick data wasnt very friendly, and it was rather difficult to pick the right letters, so Ive changed it so it has its own entry buttons to make it easier to get the right ones.

up down 'knives' to select the character, left right 'knives' to change the character position you are changing. then just jump or murder buttons to save it out.
